TKA Micro for small amount of high purity water

TKA Micro is a modularly constructed high purity water system, developed specifically for laboratories who need only small volumes of high purity water. The water produced fulfils the requirements for the most demanding laboratory uses, such as sample preparation, the rinsing of highly sensitive glassware and instrumental analyses (AAS, HPLC, ICP, GC, AOX, TOC). The recirculation dispenser, for flexible water removal, and the TKA whisper-operation, which disturbs neither concentration nor workplace comfort, make TKA Micro an uncompromising high purity water system for the most critical demands.

The feedwater:

Digital menu control:

LC-Display, with input keypad, for the display of all operating functions and measured values as well as error messages. Equipped with the following functions:

	Digital conductivity meter with automatic temperature compensation for monitoring feedwater and purified water.
	Individually adjustable limiting conductivity for feedwater and purified water
	Timer program for intermittent switching of recirculating pump (interval - permanent operation).
	Display of temperature (in °C), conductivity of feedwater and purified water (in µS/cm), limiting conductivity and error messages.
	Disinfection menu

The construction:

The high purity water system can be installed either as bench-top or wall-mounted unit. It consists of:

	Housing with digital display
	Low-noise conveying and recirculating pump
	High purity water resistant pressure reducer
	Plastic solenoid valve as automatic rinse valve
	Flexible removal dispenser with recirculation and 0.2 µm sterilizing filter
	Disinfection of all water-carrying parts
	All components which carry water are made of polypropylene or high-quality natural materials.
	UV photo-oxidation chamber, effective wavelengths 185 nm / 254 nm, reactor body of electropolished stainless steel (only no. 080.810.050)
